How would you respond to this?
The facial expression quiz results aligned with my analytical communication style. I tend to be so focused on data and facts that it is easy for me to miss personal connections such as facial expressions. This characteristic also affects the way other people read me. When I am focused or quiet, people assume that I am upset. This assumption was often upsetting because there was never any hidden agenda in my expressions. It took some time to realize whether it was intentional- when I am in a zone, I made a barrier of exclusion through my expression, body language, and energy.
Respond to at least two of your peers about their interpretations and stories. Do you agree or disagree and why?
The same applies to follow-up posts. While follow-ups can be shorter, they should still involve at least one complete paragraph (for the first two, after that, follow-ups can be any length). Also, keep in mind that a full paragraph has a minimum of 4.
If you are going to ask a question in a follow-up post, make sure you answer it yourself. For instance, "How would you go about implementing your idea for this business" should be followed up with your own suggestions of how you would go about it.
In response to your peers: provide feedback on your classmates' analysis and elaborate on what they have written. It is also appropriate to raise areas of disagreement(if there are any).
