HR and psychology are related because they have to know what motivates the employees. Psychology helps HR dig deeper to understand employees. Once they understand the employee they can maintain relationships and understand what helps to motivate them in the workplace. When HR can make relationships with employees they can also get the feel of the work environment. So when HR is hiring they can see if the hire would be a good fit in that environment. I think it's important to understand because there's a chance that the student later in life could become a manger/supervisor
