Practical intelligence (common sense), Adaptability (able to cope with change), handling stress, dealing with criticism, problem solving skills, demonstrating cultural and physical adaptability, Multiple intelligences, Emotional intelligence (maturity), Personality measures (openness, emotional stability, consciousness, agreeableness), Citizenship performance.......
