Background Your team has just been brought into this project due to your knowledge of Agile Project Management. Centennial College is the sponsor and customer that the Product Owner will represent. Examples of capital projects include:

Adding capacity to the online learning infrastructure

Adding high-resolution cameras and digital screens for remote students to 'attend' a class

There are many more, these are a few examples of Business needs Due to such exciting projects, there is a need to hire Scrum Masters(SM) to mentor Scrum Teams in the various capital projects.

Centennial College wants to find and hire at least 20 experienced Scrum Masters and has initiated a project to make a number of deliverables that will be used in the hiring process to ensure the best Scrum Masters get hired. The best Scrum Master is not just based on experience but will include criteria such as academic excellence, attitude, motivation, and demonstrated community involvement.

Many PMGT Centennial students are excited about this job opportunity. References must be provided. This is not a software development project! Agile planning can be used for a variety of projects and in a variety of industries.
