HRM 708 in my personal experience, l wish my company allowed hybrid setup. This would allow for interaction, yet still be able to work remotely. I have found there are days that are easier to work in the office if the individual l need to work on a project with is right there, it is faster to get answers. There are other days that l can concentrate better by working at home. I feel that many organizations are having employees choose, in office, work remotely, or hybrid, which should be more lenient. Those that are setting up a hybrid schedule, it seems there are exact days to be in office ( for instance, you must be in the office on Mondays or Tuesdays), instead of being able to choose each week. But l can see where this is difficult because of keeping track, when an employee will be in office to setup an onsite meeting. There are many ways for this to be effective, so l am back and forth with the outline for hybrid. Comment on this discussion
