George Augels is employed as Director of Security in a trendy club in Toronto, Ontario.

One night, he sells a bag of illegal pills to a regular customer, for $$300$ dollars. George has been doing this kind of sales under$-$the$-$table deals to supplement his regular income.

However, after about three hours from the exchange, the customer under the psychotropic effects of the drugs loses his balance and seriously injures himself while dancing on the club$$s main floor.

The customer sues the nightclub for the damages and for the loss of future income since he can no longer work.

The customer also sues George Augels for breach of contract, claiming the pills he received were different from what he accepted to buy and with a much stronger effects than he wished to feel.
