Write a plain HTML document describing the web site you are going to create You have to write your document directly in HTML, using a text editor or and IDE such as PyCharm. You cannot write your document in another format, such as Microsoft Word, and then export it to HTML. Writing or submitting your document in any other format will give you a score of 0. You should not have any CSS nor Javascript or anything else in your document besides plain HTML. The only exception is that you should add the attribute border="1" to your table elements to get basic styling. Step 1: Choose the Purpose of your Web Site Your web site can be about anything (anything legal that is). Here are some ideas: 1. A personal web site to use as your online portfolio. It can contain O Your CV Your past projects (demos, source code, links to GitHub repositories, ...) Your blog o Etc... 2. A web site for your club or league (sports, gardening, D&D, ...). 3. A web site for your startup (whether it exists or not yet). 4. Any other interest. Step 2: General Description Write a few paragraphs to introduce your web site. Describe what it is about, its purpose, how it is going to be used. Step 3: Structure of Your Web Site Describe the basic layout of your web site! Do NOT create HTML templates for your pages in this assignment You can sketch the layout of your web site on paper, scan your sketches and include them in your document if you wish. Your drawing talent will not influence your score. List the major sections/pages of your web site along with a very short description of each section (one sentence per section only). Step 4: Sections/Pages Description For each section page listed previously, describe it in more details, possibly with a sketch if necessary.
