Imagine that you are invited by a court to be an expert on the psychology of memory. The jury is being asked to rely on eyewitness testimony in a court case to warn the jury about the possible weaknesses of eyewitness testimony. There is good stuff in the videos so watch them too. What say must be based on our videos and our course readings. In your statement be sure to include examples from our assigned videos and reading. Include at least three (total) specific examples from our readings and videos. Put examples in bold print. statement should be written exactly the way you might speak, directly to the jury. (Feel free to be creative and have fun with your statementbut also be sure to include detailed examples from our reading and videos.)

Your completed Expert Statement to the Jury should:

1. Be written in the style that might speak to the jurylike a speech/script.
