At this point you should have a moderate level of skill using Kinovea for motion analyses. Therefore, you will be allowed a greater level of freedom and creativity to generate this report. Some steps and requirements are provided below. Beyond those, it is up to you!

2. Identify the 3 lift attempts and crop the video accordingly.

3. Identify an item on screen that can have a known measurement and you can use to set the scale of measurements.
