Upon arriving on the scene police noticed two men walking out toward the street from the side of a house. The two men were stopped and questioned. During questioning it was made clear the home the two men were leaving the side of was neither of their places of residence, as such the two men were searched. During the search, officers found lock picks, hammers, screwdrivers and other materials commonly used when breaking into someone's home. The police charged both men. What is the charge? Sam comes up with a plan to build a machine that can intercept people's private messages, emails, calls and other communications. Vince is excited as this is a great way to find out what the voter wants. The two set their scheme in motion and collect thousands of communications. Sam's wife finds out about what her husband and her brother-in-law are up to and calls the police as she sees this as a major invasion of privacy and can't believe this was the man she married. Sam and Vince are charged as a result of Sam's wife's call and further investigation by the police. What is the charge?

One day, Larry finally decides he is tired of just talking about his hatred for immigrants and begins to plan to act. He prints 150 large signs and posts them all around town, the signs read "Immigrants are not welcome, if you see one tell em to get the hell out of our country and if they don't listen, make em!". Larry is later found at his place of work by police and is arrested.
