Hello, my writing assignment is based off this contract. I am suppose to come up with 5 recommendations to help in the contract for both sides.

" For each party, I'd like to you come up with five recommendations you would make to the contract. Whether it means more detail in some areas by changing some terms, or perhaps adding some terms and/or some conditions that would better protect your party's interests."
