From the video on Orbital Basics at the beginning of this Unit, we learned Earth is surrounded with debris. For this discussion, research the rationale behind 'graveyard orbits' and explain the following:

1. What are the benefits of a graveyard orbit?

2. What are the drawbacks to a graveyard orbit?

3. If you could control future satellite regulation, would you require satellite operators to use a graveyard orbit or a deceleration orbit (disintegrate in the atmosphere) at the end of the satellite's usable life? There are pros and cons to each, be sure to fully explain your rationale.
