The Miller Park Stadium Project case study is the first of several PMI case studies that we will be reviewing as part of this course. The case studies are extremely helpful learning tools in that all of them follow the same format in dividing up and analyzing the various projects. All of these projects had specific challenges as well as positive lessons, and although you may never be in charge of building a sports stadium or send a vehicle to another world, you can still learn something from these lessons.For this assignment (details at the very bottom), please be sure to first read through the Miller Park Case Study .As you read through this case study - and all case studies - please think about the following:
