You may use it as a resource for your paper or use other materials, but the Kapoor article provides important information that augments the PwC report.
Write a 34-page analysis addressing the following:
- How does the apparent lack of alignment or linkage between people strategy and business strategy impact an organization's ethics? What special concerns should organizational leaders have?
- Identity three findings within the PwC report that relate to the HRM/HC policy and practices of your own organization (or an organization with which you are familiar).
- Assume the perspective of a director of HR, tasked with preparing an executive summary for your organization's board of directors. Briefly identify 35 key points from the findings of the PwC report that might affect your organization's HR strategy, polices, and procedures.
Refer to the Analysis Versus Evaluation document (linked in the Resources under the Capella Resources heading) for a review of how these two skills are defined within the context of the assessment scoring guide.
Additional Requirements- References: Support your analysis with at least three academic resources from the Capella University Library. You must use proper APA (6th edition) style to list your references.
- Length: The body of the analysis must be 34 full pages, not including the references list, appendices, or the title page.
- Written communication: Develop accurate written communication and thoughts that convey the overall goals of the analysis and do not detract from the overall message. You should demonstrate graduate-level writing skills and should be free of errors that detract from the overall message.
