Human Relations Project:I need to Research the internet and find a company that has had a recent human relations issue I choose the company of North Face.  It can be regarding the labor force, communication issues amongst employees, leadership issues, ethical issues, organizational structure, workplace conflict,  i.e.  I need to present a summarization of this situation - background of the company, what happened, how it was detected, what were the options for resolution, and which did the company choose and why.  Was it successful? I need to Explain.  

As consultants what would i have chosen and why? and the situation cannot be more than two years old.
