Question :

Choose a local bank in Malaysia such as Maybank, CIMB bank, Public Bank, AmBank and Affin Bank. Describe and evaluate the strength of relationship between the chosen bank with its existing customers. Based on your evaluation, provide recommendations to the chosen bank to enhance customer relationship activities.

and i have the rubrics :

R1 : description on the relationship strength between the chosen company and its customers

R2 : evaluation on the relationship strength between the chosen company and its customers

Here, i have choose CIMB Bank for my assignment. For R1, did I need to list the strength relationship of CIMB Bank with the their customers or I need to describe the criteria for accessing relationship strength? and how about for R2? can you give me some explanation?
