Survey will be sent to all existing customers to know the performance and satisfaction of product they bought with a time limit of 2 weeks a. If responded, thank you email will be sent with a discount coupon of $15. b. If not, call center department will make calls to customers to follow up on surveys and to know their reasons for no response. Will resend Surveys if asked by Customers. 2. Survey will also be sent to new customers through their social networking accounts. 3. Customer with favorable responses will be considered as 'leads' for more sales. Whereas customer with unfavorable responses will be categorized as unqualified. 4. Leads will be sent product promotions and product specific calls. This is called Business opportunity stage. 5. Sales growth from this stage will be determine the success of the program. a. If Sales > = 50%, program will be qualified as successful. b. If Sales > = 35 & < 50, program will be qualified as satisfactory. c. If > 35, program has scope of improvements. 6. Existing regular product support and sales will not be influenced by this initiative. Use flow chart technique to communicate the business process.
