I agree that overtime can be tricky in different countries. As we've seen with piecework, it is hard to implement it in countries where people are not motivated to work past their regular hours, even if incentivized with pay. In such cases, Nike should make sure to accommodate the perks that are more familiar to them (higher hourly pay, vacation days, longer lunch breaks, etc) so that the employees feel valued.
