"I agree with this statement for many reasons. One being that employees make up a lot of your business, with them working is how things can get down in a company and how most sales happen. If your staff does not have a good morale then sales will not be made and the work will no get done either, a company can not function without a good group of employees. The same type of respect should also be shown to your customers because these are the people who are buying your product or service, they have valueable feed back that is useful towards making your company successful. Having a good reputation with people shows that yourself and your staff are personable people, it can also lead to better connections in the business world. I believe that being personable and educated is what attracts most people to you. An example of this would be my own workplace. Being treated fairly and being looked after encourages us to make sales and interact with more customers. We've taken reviews from customers and used that information to determine the types of fish we need to be ordering.

2.) Soft Skill: Dealing with Failure

I learned from this section that when failures happen you have to take all the feedback you get because that useful information to better yourself in the future. When failures happen it also teaches you the lesson of moving on to the next project. I also learned that you need to see failures in a new light to build up the resilience, self confidence, and ability to lean things in the future. Haivng failures also builds up your experience for a job. So take the opportunities that you get to build as much experience as you can for the job that you want. " Make a positive reply to this?
