I also like how Dr. Chugh defined diversity and inclusion. We usually see these two word go together. However they are two different words supporting each other. Diversity (demographics such as gender, racefethnicity, age, sexual orientation, etc.) is the gateway and inclusion is the pathway to enable the diversity to thrive. What I am still thinking about is how to be aware of unconscious bias. Even though, Dr lChugh suggested a couple ways in the talk, I think it's extremely hard to be aware of what you aren't really aware of
