I also talked about how Apple was a business to consumer example, after reading our peer's posts many of us also discussed this. Apple is a well-known company that does focus on selling products to consumers. However, during my research I found that Apple is also a business-to-business example. Apple holds B2B relationships with firms like Intel, Panasonic and semiconductor producer Micron Technology (Chen, 2023). Apple also receives a lot of information and product from Samsung. This was very interesting for me to find. However, it does make sense, Apple and Samsung are the two largest cellphone producers. It would make sense that they both share information, resources, and tools with each other. With both companies being so competitive it allows the companies to grow and maintain customers. Most people are either die hard Apple users or die-hard Samsung users. With the competition between the two companies, they are able to have competitive pricing and different tools for consumers to use.
