How will I take my project forward?

In the light of your answer to element (a), set out and explain my CMDA project plan, including the actions you now know you can take, the areas where further investigation is needed, the methods or approaches you will use to investigate, take action and evaluate progress, including relevant indicators, the areas of theory you are likely to draw upon, and the way you will take up your role in relation to the key stakeholders. You should include your project plan as an appendix, comprising:

• a work breakdown structure as a Gantt chart, including at least one interim project review point as well as a closing review
• a resource plan
• a risk log or record
• a plan for engaging stakeholders

You should also include as an appendix the evidence that you have authorisation from your employer to proceed with the project and have taken account of any ethical, confidentiality or data management issues.
