I am confused what statistical tools I should use in interpreting the data from this survey. I mean, I haven't started the survey yet. But based on these questions, what should be the recommended statistical tools in interpreting the data? Please.

Our study is a quantitative research study, and we want to see if there is a significant difference between computer science graduates' efficiency and their freelance counterparts in programming.

There are two independent groups which are the computer science graduates composed of 10 respondents and

their counterparts, or those who does programming but never finished a degree, also composed of 10 respondents.

Below is the survey that I made for the said quantitative study. But I don't know what type of statistical tools should I use when interpreting the data? I'm thinking, maybe Mann-Whitney U Test?
