Content Creator Paid Intern (Social Media, Instagram, Tik Tok)

Are someone pursuing studies in media, communications, marketing with knowledge of photography & videography? Want to create media content with some up and coming DTC brands in niche markets? Looking to join a growing team? If you have a passion for ecommerce, love a start-up environment, and love telling brand stories through the eyes of a lens while gaining real, transferable experience, then we're seeking someone like you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Capturing photos of products representing the aesthetics and features of the product
• Creating short video content for Instagram Reels & Tik Tok
• Assisting with social media strategy and execution
• Scheduling, planning, and coordination content
• Editing content (video and photos)
• Assisting with copywriting, captions, hashtags
• Community management
• Influencer outreach, coordination and follow up
• Other related tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3rd-year or 4th-year undergraduate student or going back to school in January 2022
• Must have your own camera orsmartphone
• Proficiency with image and video editing software
• Creative, growth mindset, and desire to learn
• Passion for the hospitality and culinary industry (plus, not required)
• Passion for home decor and interior design industry (plus, no required)
• Passion for sports and sporting goods industry (plus, no required)
• Friendly and team-oriented

Currently, our e-commerce business operates multiple DTC brands on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and Ebay in North America. We have 11 full-time employees with over 15 team members that are contracted for specific projects.

We are on a strong YoY growth trajectory and looking to double the team size in 2021.

We're growing fast and are seeking new team members that are curious, free-thinking, and determined to make an impact.

This is a paid, four-month internship for the Fall Semester. There is opportunity with a permanent position available at the end of the internship as were looking to double our team size this year.
