I am currently trying to figure out how to do a project where I need to make a Pascal triangle using input from the user on how many rows they want in Java. The project requires the triangle in the output to look like an isosceles triangle and for a .txt file to be created with that same isosceles Pascal triangle in it. The project must be done in 3 methods, including the main method, with the parameters shown in the screenshots. Any help is appreciated! I am unsure on how to start each method including the main method.
