Attached is a picture of the statements. These are the statements provided by the case study and must be altered. As a large company who is expanding, we wanted to release an IPO by hiring an underwriting firm. The audit will cost $250,000 and we will pay 6% of gross proceeds to the underwriting company. The Federal underwrites the shares for $13.50 per share, with a total of 2,000,000 shares outstanding. The Metropolitan Bank will be financing the expansion until the public stock offering at a rate of the prime interest rate of 5.75% plus 2.5%. Must find the new net income.
