I am expected to observe different customers in a grocery store (or any socially distancing environment that I am comfortable with)and discuss what I have observedas their decision making process. I must explain what behaviors I expected and what surprised me. I must also explain if there was a difference among genders,age groups,culture/nationality,family/singles. Following the completion of the observation, I must discuss how my research substaines to what I have learned in Behavioural Marketing.
