I am faced with a proposition for a paper in my Constitutional law class. Which is "The Court's procedural rules are such that they allow arbitrary judgements." I will be arguing against it. I can only uses a number of cases which are: Powell v. McCormack, Nixon v. United States, Singleton v. Wulff, Raines v. Byrd, Frothingham Mellon, Flast v. Cohen and Warth v. Seldin. How can I use these cases to my advantage for my paper to deny the proposition?
