I am generally skeptical about change professionally and personally. Most changes that I have been enthusiastic about are ones that leadership also seems enthusiastic about, overcommunicating its benefits and empathizing with team members, allowing the team to visualize how the new changes will benefit us all. I want to get to a point where my default stance is not skepticism but pragmatic about change because if I ever want to be a leader for change, I cannot lead by having little faith in change
