I am getting a divorce , I must pay R300 000.00, 50% coming from my pension fund, in return my husband signs over the family home to me. 5 August 2021 the divorce is finalized and decree is granted. My husband transfers the house into my name . I refuse to pay the R300 000.00 from my pension fund . My ex husband says I am in breach of contract, he approaches his lawyer and intends to apply for a court order forcing me to pay the pensions fund monies to him. Can he succeed????
