2. How well do you work with customers? (mention I was a part time temporary front desk receptionist at a 401k company)
3. Why are you interested in working here? What do you know about the company?
4. What sets you apart from other applicants (mention time management, able to learn quick, adapt, etc.)
5. How do you manage and prioritize deadlines and multiple tasks and assignments that are due at the same time frame?
6. Experience with data entry? (talk about how I did data entry projects involving inputting client data, confidential information involving money and 401k related details, etc)
7. How would you approach a situation in which you were given a task but didnt receive complete instructions?
8. What appeals to you about this administrative job?
9. What special skills do you possess that will help you do well at our company?
10. What is your first step when given a large project to manage? How would you organize it?
11. Can you tell me about a workplace conflict you were involved in as an administrative assistant and how you handled it?
12. Can you describe a challenging project you were assigned in the past and how you approached it? (mention verifying 401k loan payments and making sure all of the information is precise including client information and the financial part as well)
