I am having issues with getting started with this assignment. I want to make sure I am understanding this correctly. My issue in my organization today is employee turnover due to a change in the operating schedule. The schedule changed to a 24/7 rotating schedule and the company is having a hard time keeping up with customer demands due to short staff and overworked employee's. In this assignment, am I just discussing how I would research each topic?

In this assignment, you will review the concepts of research design to help you prepare your AMP proposal. The media presentation "Research Project" will discuss the sections of the research project that will be created from your proposal.

2. In a one- to two-page paper, develop a research plan that identifies each step of the research process and explains how you will approach each step as you work on your Applied Management Project (AMP).
