I am having lot of trouble with this question and it is the last question before I can submit my unit:

Why is it necessary to implement systems, procedures and records and how does recorded data contribute to problem-solving processes and to continuous improvement of products and service delivery?

I see another person has asked this question and I have read both answers, which to me, make no sense in relation to the question. Can you please help as I am having trouble
