REMC furnished electricity to helvey's home the voltage furnished was on excess of 135 volts and caused extensive damage to his 110 volt household appliances. helvey sued REMC for breach of warranty. helvey aruged that providing electrical energy is not a transaction in goods but a furnishing of services. so that he had 6 years to sue REMC rathe that the UCC's 4 year statute of limitation which had expired. was it a sale of goods or a sale of services identify the ethical principles involved in this case
