I am in my first MBA class and do not understand the material well at all.We have been asked to write a paper on the key metrics that should be considered when analyzing a company, specifically 442 McAdam company.This company started with one woman designing hand bags, then she built her business up and needed to outsource to other manufacturers to make more purses to be put into more boutiques.It is also mentioned that the hand bags are targeted to a certain type of woman and she wants to continue to cater to her loyal customers.So my question is, what metrics would the owner of the company look at in order to see her success in the outsourcing of her hand bags?
