I am lost on this assignment

Windows application to display the information from the Studio table in this file I have attached. This will allow the user to select the studio name from a sorted drop-down list and display the rest of the fields in labels. The Studio table can contain these fields (StudioID, StudioName, ContactPerson, Phone) I also need to create a Windows application to display the Studio table in a grid.

*UPDATE* The Programming language is VB, and the database is MS Access
