I am MGT315 at Colorado State University which is Business Law. I am having trouble getting started on my paper. I have included the information for the assignment. I do not know where to start and i think I am thinking too hard about this. Do you have any suggestions on how I should get started or what I can google to get some examples. I think what is confusing me is the elements of the contract would be. I do not seem to be finding any good info on employee to employee contracts. Is there a certain name for this I should be googling? Any help would be awesome. Thank you

The purpose of this contract is to resolve a conflict between you and one of your co-workers regarding a parking space.
