I am needing help with developing a math or science activity that focuses on change and the importance of capturing change and growth.sort of like a tadpole growing into a frog.

I need to make a chart or graph that fits my activity. and explain how I would use the chart or graph in the activity. and if it would be appropriate for 0-4 months, 5-12 months, 2-4 years, or 5-8 years.

I also need to explain why it is important for children to learn to use different types of charting and graphing early in their education.
