I am needing to figure out how to filter a data frame in R based on values in a column A$,$ that are paired with two or more values in column B$.$ In this situation I have ercot data and have a column named resource$\_$name and a column named qse. i am asked "are there any instances of a resource$\_$name that is paired with more than one qse?" I would like to create a data frame that lists only rows with resource$\_$name values that are paired with two or more qse's
