I am not sure about the SDOH in Public Policy level. Since, naturally, Alaska Natives do not have an offical and authorized government to control the natives. They are under controlled of US government. Therefore, in the organization levels, I can say if their law of cultural rules are not correct, it affects Alaska Natives' health. Up to Public level, I can only think something above Alaska native which is outside policies that control them. To conclude, I am not sure whether law to Alaska Natives from outside like US federal governments is a SDOH at Public Policy Level. An answer to the question they posed.
