What are the responsibilities of employees within codes of practices, service licensing and accreditation requirements, and registration to professional bodies and service agreements?

I answered the question but have not been marked competent as I need to address the responsibilities of each of these individually.

My answer was:

Your job description will contain an outline of your responsibilities, which will include following organisation policies and procedures, making sure the child is safe while in your care, and reporting any issues to the appropriate person. It is your responsibility to become familiar with them so that you can ensure that you won't endanger a child by neglecting a task or failing in some other way.
