I am trying to make a budget for my spreadsheet class. I have had some troubles with formulas this semester, even though I was coming up with the right numbers I was still not being credited for them because of the formula being incorrect.

I need this budget to change if I change the box to the right, so that needs to be connected. If someone could just help me with the formula I would be super thankful..
