I am wondering if these 2 statements would fall under "functional requirements" or "non-functional requirements" for an online course registration system?

1. The system shall send a confirmation email within 24 hours once the course registration form has been successfully submitted.

2. If there are 0 seats available for a course, the system shall not allow a user to add the selected course to the shopping cart.

As of right now, I am thinking these 2 are functional requirements, but please correct me if I am mistaken! I appreciate the feedback!
