I am working on a Liability and Risk Management assessment. My goal is to become an high school athletic director so my made up problem is from that point of view and what i could potentially deal with.

The issue i came up with is : The weight room has equipment that has not been updated to current standards, Squat racks are missing and loosing bolts becoming unstable and bench presses pads are loosing padding and failing apart.

The problems i am having are what are some liabilities that can be associated with this issue and how i can use risk management.
