I am working on my Business Decision making Project Plan Part 1, the survey would go to 4 different groups and the data would be over the past 3 years using semi-annual subtotal figures.

My question is that I do not know what method and graph to use to analyze that data.

The part in the assignment I am stumped on is: Analyze how you will know if the data collection method would generate valid and reliable data. Any help, guidance on which direction to go.
