I am writing a paper on Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD in Tarrant county, Texas. I need to come up with four recommendations to improve the ISD. Here are the challenges I presented with the ISD: some teachers appear to be overworked and unable to provide the necessary support for existing programs. Additionally, with a very diverse population, it is important for teachers to have proper trainings in the diverse and equity category. Lastly, teacher retention rate seems to be an issue so it will be important to address that by coming up with a backup plan of hiring, as well as holding activities and awards to boost morale.

Propose four different recommendations around organizational structure, health, or strategy. Each of the recommendations should be specific in nature, detailed in terms of implementation, and supported by concepts or theories you studied in the ORGL program. Examples of the course material include Data-Driven Decision Making, Change Management, Ethics, and Process Improvement. External references are needed as well for support. Each recommendation should require a MINIMUM of TWO PAGES.
