Write a program that reads a word and prints all substrings, sorted by length. For example, if the user provides the input "rum", the program prints r u m ru um rum

I got an answer with just a method and no comments. I don't knwo how to implement it in main or what the program is doing. Pleawe show me how to implement this in the main method and comment on ahts happening. Thank you.
