I believe that the proportion of high school seniors who graduate with a 3.5 GPA or higher is greater than the proportion of college seniors who graduate with a 3.5 GPA or higher (I'm just looking for undergraduate bachelor's degree program students, not graduate students or undergraduate students in an associate's degree program, just to be clear). I asked 15 graduating students from various high schools for their GPA. The results are as follows: 3.4, 3.3, 3.5, 3.2, 3.7, 3.5, 3.3, 3.6, 3.8, 3.5, 3.9,3.8, 3.6, 3.9, 4.0. I then asked the same to 15 students from various colleges. The results are as follows: 3.2, 3.5, 3.4, 3.3, 3.4, 3.3, 3.6, 3.8, 3.9, 3.2, 3.4, 3.7, 3.6. 3.5, 4.0.I want to calculate a a=0.01 level of significance.

For your response, solve your classmate's confidence interval or hypothesis test problem, using a significance level not previously used Make sure that you use appropriate terminology and specify whether you are using the classical method or the p-value method. Explain in detail.
