I believe the biggest barrier to getting employees involved in organization safety and health efforts is the lack of demonstrated commitment or responsibility from top leadership. For anyone who has ever worked at the bottom of a company, I am sure have experienced policy change that is introduced, enforced for a few weeks and then disappears. In my personal experience most things that are implemented are either a temporary band aid that doesn't fix the problem. Often times these solutions are reactionary, and they are a way for the company and leaders to look better after a disaster. You cannot get employees to care about something when the leaders don't care beyond how they look. please respond this
