I believed the Managerialists to be closest to my view of servant leadership. This type of a servant leader would be engaged with the firing of employees or managing conflict. I believe that would be part of the process with servant leadership because it is foresight, commitment to the growth of people, and building community. Although it is negative, there are situations to were handling negative conflict would help the other workers. Do you think that it is best to sometimes handle the conflict instead of making everyone else suffer?
